Website Grants

The Retail Alliance® E-Commerce Grant Program is a partnership with VECTEC (The Virginia Electronic Commerce Technology Center)

Requirements:

Must be a Retail Alliance® member

Must be located in a city/county that does not offer E-Commerce Grants 

For those who qualify for grants, Retail Alliance will pay up to half of the cost for website; up to $2,000.

Web site consulting, development and back office operations– includes website design/setup, professional graphics artist on staff, shopping cart setup, training on content manager

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – When a search is conducted on your “keywords,” your site is more likely to appear at or near the top of the list

E-Business database design, development and implementation

Supply chain integration implementation

Being higher on search engines’ lists makes customers more likely to buy from you.
